This service is for you if you received a communication from one of our agents asking you to send us documents to complete the analysis of your file.
To send us your documents, you must use the online service:
If you submit documents on behalf of an organization (Curateur public du Québec, Bureau du coroner, etc.) or in a professional capacity (notary, lawyer, etc.), you must use the French version of the online service Transmitting Documents to the Directeur de l’état civil.
Note: This service cannot be used to request certificates, copies of acts or attestations. To find out how to submit such a request, see the Certificates and copies of acts section or the Attestation section.
